As companies and organisations celebrate excellent customer service this week, Class Media Group’s Christian-focused station, No.1 105.3FM, has expressed gratitude to all its clients and customers with whom it has done and continues to do business over the past few years.
“This is the week when organisations celebrate their staff for providing excellent customer service. What does this have to do with you? In all honesty, there will be no week to celebrate if you weren’t our customer”, the management of No.1 105.3FM said to its clients in a short statement.
“This is to thank you for being an amazing customer”, the station said, explaining: “Because for us, the definitive factor in customer service is you”.
“The fact that you are reading this is proof that tough times don’t last, tough people do!” the statement said.
It noted: “This year has had its challenges but we have survived it. Now that the worst is behind us, let us begin to write the future. #Nyamensawom #No1FM”.
