This come after the club parted ways with Goran Barjaktarevic following a poor run of form in this season’s Ghana Premier League.

A statement signed by the club’s Communications Director Kwame Dwomoh-Agyemang revealed that the highly experienced gaffer has signed a contract that runs through until the end of 2020/2021 season.

“Coach Bashiru is renowned for his tactical prowess and we are confident that his wealth of experience would take the team to the very high standards set by the Board and Management,” the statement said.

The veteran coach has lots of experience on the local scene having coached the likes of Asante Kotoko, AshantiGold, Ebusua Dwarfs, Medeama, among others.

Coach Bashir is expected to lead the team in thier week 3 fixture of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League against Medeama SC on Friday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
